Mr. Benari focused his practice on defending those that stand accused of criminal conduct by the government. Leaving a successful career in the corporate world, Mr. Benari spent the past decade devoted to protecting the civil rights of our citizens, one case at a time. As he says:
I started this firm for one reason, to protect the rights of the accused and to win against a system that is set up to strip people of those rights all too often. When someone hires us, they know right away that they have a dedicated team of professionals with a record of success behind them. We fight hard, in and out of the courtroom, every hour of every day. It’s in our blood, and we’re always hungry for our next ‘Not Guilty’.
Mr. Benari is an active member of the Bar Associations of Delaware County, Philadelphia, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Benari is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Trial Lawyers Association of America.
Mr. Benari has had a diverse and prosperous career in business and law, and he brings a multitude of high end skills to the table to help him get the best possible results in every case. He pursued his entire education in Pennsylvania, culminating with his graduation from one of the top trial schools in the country, Temple University School of Law. Mr. Benari lives in the Greater Philadelphia region with his wife, his two young children, and the family dog who sometimes visits the office.
Outside of the office, Mr. Benari sits on a number of charity boards and works closely with a few select community organizations like the ALS Association and UNICEF. Mr. Benari has donated time teaching self-defense to rape victims, providing free legal services to first responders, and raising money for local community projects.
Mr. Benari is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and can often be found attending 76ers, Eagles and Phillies games, and participates in a number of charities run by local athletes. He holds three black belts in three different martial arts, played lacrosse for the University of Pittsburgh, and led his high school soccer team to a state championship as captain.
