Danton Moyer – Attorney

Attorney Moyer is an accomplished a well-reputed defense attorney with experience throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region. Having successfully represented clients in almost every court in the five counties, Danton has served the firm’s clients well and has developed a unique skill set which he uses both in negotiations and litigation. Attorney Moyer continues to generate daily successes on behalf of the firm’s clients and is always looking for his next challenge.

Attorney Moyer is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Cabrini University in Radnor, PA where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy.  At graduation, he received the Departmental Awards in both disciplines. At Cabrini, Danton served as Vice President in Student Government and performed on stage in six theatrical productions.

Danton later graduated Cum Laude from Temple University Law School, the same alma mater as our founding partner. During law school, Danton earned the Outstanding Advocate award in Trial Advocacy and worked for two years at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office as a legal intern.

After graduation, Danton worked for three years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office honing his skills in the courtroom. As a prosecutor, he successfully litigated offenses ranging from summary offenses to attempted murder. Having translated the lessons learned on the prosecution side, Danton has become a powerful advocate on the defense side, has found his calling representing people during the most trying time of their lives, and consistently gets the results expected from a Benari Law Trial Attorney.

Danton continues to excel in the courtroom, aggressively fighting for his clients and has earned dismissals in all manner of cases, from summaries and misdemeanors to felony offenses.

In his free time, Danton enjoys playing tennis, watching Philadelphia sports, and hiking. He lives in Conshohocken with his wife Alexa.
