Trial Team Leader
Attorney Rubio is a seasoned veteran of the Criminal Defense Bar with an outstanding reputation in the legal community. He is known for his passion, dedication, and commitment to defending the rights of his clients in the courtroom.
Mr. Rubio is a long-standing member of the Delaware County criminal bar and has spent his entire career fighting for clients in criminal and civil court. He successfully litigated his first felony case less than one year after graduating from Widener School of Law, (Delaware Law School), and continuously tried cases ranging from Misdemeanor Bench trials to Homicide Jury trials with great success to this day.
Mr. Rubio completed his undergraduate degree at the prestigious University of Southern California. After a successful stint in the entertainment industry at companies like Todd A-O Studios West and the C.I. Talent Agency, he left the industry to go on a sabbatical to Peru South America where he lived and traveled extensively while he researched his families roots and histories.
Upon returning to the United States, he enrolled in Widener Law School, having chosen a future as a top litigator. While at Law School, Attorney Rubio was accepted in the Moot Court Honor Society, was semifinalist in the DiBona Moot Court Competition, and competed with his team in the Prince National Evidence Moot Court Competition at Brooklyn Law School.
Attorney Rubio also founded and was the initial President of the Association of Latin-American and Hispanic Students. Mr. Rubio organized Widener University’s second Annual Diversity Week events.
Mr. Rubio was a certified Legal Intern for the Chester County District Attorney’s Office for his last year in Law School. He continued to serve his community after Law School by serving on the Chester Upland School Board as Vice President. He was also an Assistant City Solicitor to the City of Chester under two different administrations and is on the board of a nonprofit school.
Mr. Rubio fundraises for the American Cancer Society, the National M.S. Society, and the Families Behind the Badge Children’s Charity through annual bicycle rides and group fundraising events. He resides in Delaware County with his wife and two children. He is a proud USC Trojans and Philadelphia Sports fan.
